1. 01Acceptance of terms

   By accessing or using Benji (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. 02Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

3. 03Your account

   You sign in with a phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your phone secure.

4. 04Advertising and lead services

   Benji builds and runs advertising campaigns, landing pages and follow-up on your behalf. Results depend on your market, your offer and your own responsiveness; we do not guarantee a number of leads, calls or customers.

   You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your page and for complying with the laws that apply to your business and its advertising.

5. 05Payment

   Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Ad spend is separate from the subscription unless your plan says otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires it.

6. 06Acceptable use

   You agree not to use the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, to send unsolicited messages, or to interfere with the Services or other customers.

7. 07Termination

   You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if the Services are discontinued.

8. 08Disclaimer and limitation of liability

   The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benji is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. 09Changes

   We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
